There are simplified reports found on your dashboard that will give you your overall results, summarize your program and your most recent reviews. If you want detailed reports go to the “Reviews” tab on the site. Here you can easily pull reports by technician, review site, department or by star rating for any time frame you choose.
If someone writes a comment about an "article" in Zendesk, who gets it?
Also, who is managing zendesk and keeping SOPs updated and old ones deleted?
