Point of contact- This is the most effective way to get reviews, simply asking the customer in person imediately after you have done business with them. If done corerctly this can be the biggest driver for reviews by far. The key is to make it personal and give them a good reason to take the time to write a review.
Below is an example script we put together to give you a good idea of how to ask. You can use it as is, but the more customized and personal it is, the better it will work!
