How should I take the picture of our employees?

Almost any digital camera will work. Try to take all employees in front of a similar fairly simply background and try to take from approximately the same height. If your employees where uniforms make sure to have them wear it for the picture, be clean cut and most importantly smile. The happier your employee looks the less likely customers are to write a bad review.
