On location terminal or tablet- Having a customer write a review right then and there is the ideal situation. If you have the setup to pull it off, it can be a great tool for gathering reviews. You dont want to be too pushy as some customers may feel uncomfortable writing a review right in front of your employee, but many wont... and if you are setup for it, it doesnt hurt to ask.
You can use a script similair to the Point of Contact Ask with some slight modifications.
