Remind Customers/ Employees Before Service

Although this may not apply directly to all clients, it is a great way to keep reviews top of mind. 

We have many clients who have had great success by informing both the customer and the employee to make sure to ask their team member about the review program before the service has even started. It is a great way to keep the review program top of mind and get the conversation started for your team member. Many do this during the intial contact with the customer (imagine on the phone call to setup service, the hostess at a resturuant or a secretary at a law firm.)
